At Havan Connect, we offer digital spiritual services. Depending on your chosen service, the delivery method and timeline may vary. Please read below for complete clarity.

1. Digital Services (Livestream & Video Delivery)

  • Livestream Access:
    You will receive a livestream link (via WhatsApp or email) at least 1 hour before the scheduled pooja/havan.
  • Video Recording:
    If you selected the video recording option, you will receive it within 2–5 business days after the ritual is performed.
  • Videos are delivered via secure download link (Google Drive or similar).

2. Prasad / Ritual Items (If Applicable)

  • For selected poojas, Prasad or spiritual items (e.g. Raksha Sutra, Yantra, Bhasm) may be shipped via reputed courier partners.
  • Delivery timeline: 5–10 business days (India), 10–20 business days (International) for international deliveries we charge extra courier service
  • You will receive a tracking ID once the item is dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Digital services are free from shipping charges.
  • For physical deliveries, standard or express shipping charges may apply based on location, weight, and urgency.

4. Undelivered/Failed Deliveries

  • For failed digital delivery (e.g., email not received), please contact us immediately — we will resend the link or file.
  • For physical items, if delivery fails due to incorrect address or non-availability, we will attempt re-delivery or update you accordingly.

5. Service Region

  • Our digital services (pooja, havan, livestream) are available worldwide.
  • Physical item shipping is currently available within India and select international regions (contact support for confirmation).
