1. Non-Refundable Services
- All bookings for Havan, Pooja, Yagna, and Astrology services are considered final once confirmed.
- Because rituals are performed live or scheduled in advance specifically for you, we do not offer refunds for completed or initiated services.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost.
- If you request to cancel your booking at least 48 hours in advance, we will refund 80% of the total amount, deducting 20% as processing and coordination fees.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service time are non-refundable.
3. No-Show Policy
- If you miss your scheduled havan/pooja without prior notice, the service will be considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.
4. Service Disruption

If a ritual could not be performed due to a technical issue on our side, or due to the unavailability of the Pandit Ji, you will be eligible for:
- A full refund, or
- A free rescheduling of the service at your convenience.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original mode of payment.
